Read onlySeller support is ignoring several of my open cases. Is there any way to get these cases escalated to a team that will actually help to resolve the issues we have?
You can post your failed case numbers here and see if an Amazon moderator will pick up on them and escalate them.
Otherwise, you could contact the Executive Selling Relations team with the jeff email but you have to be 100% confident that you are in the right before doing so otherwise you'd be wasting their time.
