Dear Amazon, I want to say that I am proud to sell products on Amazon. I really like the moment when I give the customer a good product and then the customer gives us feedback.
But I have a few Asins, and every once in a while they get snapped up by a bunch of scam sellers at super low prices to buy boxes. First of all, some of my products have patents, I clearly showed the patent number, and then complained to Amazon, but it was useless, directly rejected. All my products are our own customized packaging and materials, it is impossible for other sellers to sell.
I fully understand and respect Amazon's policies. But when I tried to test buy, I found that those sellers did not ship at all, yes not shipping, it is a scam. I will encounter the recent period of fraud seller feedback screenshots here, you can see, 3 different sellers, feedback inside all are not delivered, our customers have never received the product. That's outrageous, and what's even more outrageous is that Amazon deleted the feedback.
I don't think that fits with Amazon's philosophy
Imagine when our customers place an expectant order, only to be scammed, which is damaging to Amazon's reputation and the reputation of our brand.
I want to know why Amazon would allow these fraudulent sellers to cheat our customers, and why would they delete customer feedback about them? What can I do to avoid being infringed? I once tried to test buy, but it didn't work, these scam sellers wouldn't ship at all
(Here's the feedback from these scammer sellers. It's crazy)
(By the way, I have encountered nearly 30 of these scam sellers this year, and every single one of them is in this situation and does not ship at all)
Hi there @Seller_jOG43tjB7KmK7
To clarify one point, Amazon may strike-through feedback in the following cases:
If you do a test buy and they do not ship, that is a selling violation and I highly recommend reporting that through Report Abuse and the Report an issue with this product or seller link on the detail page.

It amazes me how easy it is for competitors to shut down a legitimate listing with black hat tactics, but how hard it is for legitimate brands to deal with scammers on their own listings. Why is it on the seller to prove to Amazon that someone is selling a fraudulent product buy making a purchase from the fraudulent seller. Shouldn't that be the responsibility of Amazon?
The feedback strike-through system is being used to protect bad sellers. I've seen sellers with a 99% positive feedback only because the many negative feedbacks had been blocked by strike-through.
I am dealing with the same issue. The best solution is to get exclusive distribution rights to your own product/brand. Any other seller aside from your self would need apply to sell if they want to list your goods. Basically gating your brand/product. However, I am still figuring out how to do that and Amazon of course has not been helpful. I know its possible as my competitors are doing it with a trademark pending status too.
