I hate this company
I would rather not close my account, but it is absolutely stupid and ridiculous that it is being deactivated because anyone can lodge an intellectual property complaint. I cannot believe how easy it is to deactivate the account of someone who is a competitor by just saying they are selling a counterfeit product that they have not seen or ordered. Why bother having FBA or MFN accounts if any other seller can file a compliant that is completely unfounded and get them suspended or deactivated?
I have come to hate dealing with this company and I hope you enjpy just being a company of nothing but Chinese drop-shippers.
I am so sick of Amazon's ridiclous policies and horrible seller support.

Are you authorized to sell the products you are selling? If so, submit that paperwork to Amazon.
If you are not properly authorized, realize that the complaint may be coming not from a competitor, but from the brand you are selling.
Amazon has no choice in how they handle an IP complaint; once they have ANY reason to suspect your may be selling inauthentic or unauthorized items, they MUST verify that your inventory is legit; to do otherwise would be placing Amazon at risk, as they would no longer have plausible deniability in case a seller was indeed selling counterfeit goods.

Now Amazon is responsible for there sellers if they sell counterfeit or unauthorized . They can be sued. This is why they tray to be safe.

Hello @Seller_ljXkWCq1gMsw8,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account here on the forums.
From what you have shared so far, I see that your account is deactivated for potential intellectual property violations and you have concerns if these complaints are valid and issued from the correct rights owner for the brand. I understand this you are feeling frustrated with this so I am here to provide support in any way I can.
So that I can look into this for you, can you please provide me with more details about the violations? If you have example ASINs, violation types (trademark, copyright, counterfeit with or without test but, etc.) and associated case ID's, you can post them here and I will check into it.
I am looking forward to your response and supporting you through this. The forums community and I are here for you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

I have the same problem, how do you close the store to stop the monthly storage charges.

I sold a product Via the FBM and used Amazon's mailing service. Today i got a notification that My account may be deactivated. The problem was the the US Post Office lost the product and did not tell me. Now there was a chargeback and that put me close to be deactivated. I discussed this with seller support. I told them I have no control what the US Post Office does. I did everything 100% correctly. Support said that you are responsible to make sure the product gets to the customer. Again I told them that I did everything I could to make this happen. Support sent me links showing what can happen if you have a chargeback. So I decided no more FBM and just FBA. I also told support that I got negative feedback because Amazon sent the wrong product!!!

Exactly the same situation with us....... Not even a product was sold from our stock but we got a similiar complaint, got deactivated and we've been trying to have it resolved ever since

Who exactly are you expecting to notify you? The USPS? There is no one who will track package deliveries at Amazon, only a program, and it does not notify you of specific orders unless you download the report.
First, the "MAY BE" deactivated message is not as severe as the "Your account has been deactivated" email, so don't think that all is lost.
Secondly, IF the package was officially declared "Lost" by the Carrier, and you were not protected by the Amazon Buy Shipping Policy, then you SHOULD have refunded the Buyer and then filed a Claim with the carrier insurance, which is why you always enter the "Declared amount" of the value of the package.
Hindsight is 20/20, but IF you had purchase postage for the order using Amazon Buy Shipping AND shipped On-Time as scheduled by Amazon, the "Lost" package WOULD have been covered as a "Problem with Delivery", and you would have suffered zero negative effects.
A rather drastic decision, as the negative consequences for selling FBA far outweigh the negative consequences for selling FBM.
Good luck, though!

If I could turn back time, I'd buy AMZN stock itself rather than putting this fund into Amazon FBA business.
