Read onlyMy account has been deactivated. I took an mail and my account suddenly deactivated. what's the mail saying: "You listed a product that is generic or different from what is shown in the details. This is against our policies. As a result, you can no longer sell on Amazon.ca and your listings have been removed."
There is no information in this mail and ı dont know which product do this. Our account healt was stabil and didint come any issue.
When I called Amazon account health experts, we were told to write an appeal after finding and deleting this product from the recently uploaded ones. But there were approximately 7000 products in my inventory. I deleted all of them and hired an expert team who knows the policies. I've deleted all of my inventory and we'll look at it one by one while I upload it. However, we are at a loss as it would take a long time to find and delete this product from our inventory.
Since this is a type of suspend that we have encountered for the first time, I would like to get help from you. Thanks
Greetings @Seller_dibA6m82LWXE3,
Thank you for utilizing the Seller Forums!
I understand you have questions regarding your account and a notification you have received for listing a product that does not match the information provided on the product detail page.
Were there any listings you created recently? What information is present in the performance notification you received?
If you would not provided a copy of that notification in your reply, the community and I can better support you here.
All the best,
Stevie.
Post the email from amazon. So, we can help. You should have received a deactivation notice.
If you go to you rPerformance Notifications you will find a message from Amazon stating why they removed your listings and what you can do to correct it (If at all). Your best best is to post that message removing any personal info and someone in the forum will be better able to assit you
you do realize that is Amazon CANADA, correct?
Is your Amazon USA account in that condition?
These are different organizations. You can have products in .ca that are an issue and still have no problem with .com.
