Need urgent help with brand approval (not brand registry) for my new product listing. I keep getting denied brand approval and the case says there in not sufficient proof that my brand name is permanently fixated on the product. This is incorrect as my product has laser engraved brand name on the product as attached in the brand approval application. Please help getting this resolved so I can list my product as I already have a planned order with my manufacturer.

I created a new listing for a new product with a new brand name (not registered through Brand Registry). I am getting the error to request approval because "You are not approved to list this product. You will need to contact the brand owner to become an authorized seller of this product on Amazon." How am I supposed to request approval for my own brand/product? I have confirmed with the Brand Registry team that the brand name is not registered in Brand Registry and is indeed a unique name with a brand new listing.

I own a brand from another country, it's a word from a dialect from my country. Now that I'm trying to start selling on Amazon USA I requested brand approval for that brand and UPC exemption to Amazon. I was granted the approval and exemption. Then I proceed to list a product, but I get a message saying like I need brand authorization, I contacted support and they told me that the brand is already listed, the time between I was granted approval on January 12 and then I'm told the brand is already listed on January 14, how is that possible ?
