Read onlyHello! My account is deactivated in February but there is no performance notifications or any information to receive.
I called Account Health they could not able to locate why inactive and I created case but no response from internal team.
We are the brand owner and our products are under transparency program which means our brand also damaged. I have 3000 stock in Amazon Warehouse and no sales.
We are also selling on Amazon USA for years over 300.000USD monthly.
What should I contact for fast resolution I do not know..
My account is healthy and no violation. Not able to get hep. Very upset for facing this. Please advice.
@Julia_AmazonHi Julia please help me :( We are here to work with Amazon closely always help customers and we work with Avask and UK vat is processing and also France Vat came and I entered. Poland Germany and Italy on the way also. We made submissions with Avask. I do not know the deactivation issue. Felt very upset.
If you dont yet have a VAT number, you likely shouldnt have 3000 units inn the warehouse so that could be the issue?
Amazon contacted and asked for VAT. I replied with this,
"Our Vat processing and I also shared processing id and explained things. I mentioned that we do not need funds to be disbursed we only want to continue sales, fund can stay at account until we receive vat number. "
Looks like funds is open now but listings are inactive. Received mail they are still investigaing the account.
Amazon can collect VAT as we are not UK establishment. Once we receive VAT we will also enter the VAT id as we did in France.
Have you tried contacting the UK Amazon managing director?
try 9 months. I remember my first week 😅
