Account is at risk of deactivation - Tax Id Verification (In Progress) INFORM CONSUMER ACT

I have submitted my INFORM Consumers Act verification. About a week ago, I received a warning stating, "Your account is at risk of deactivation," with the Tax ID verification still in progress and no actions available except to wait.

Anyone here with same situation been resolved??

Hi, I have updated the information over a week ago, probably almost two weeks ago and have called up seller support twice and until now I still get the same notification.
