I just opened my account because I was given the OK by seller support after my previous account has been closed but as soon as the account is registered, and the professional fee is paid, the account gets deactivated.
1) The Life Made Simplistic account should already be closed! I don’t have access to the account and when I try to reach any seller support, they just give a generic AI response that tells me to reactivate the account!
2) Why approve my account just to take my money and instantly close my account?
3) PLEASE Officially delete my “Life Made Simplistic” Account so I can resume selling on Amazon! Amazon’s system doesn’t allow you to contact seller central and at the same time, DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES OR ACTUALLY HELP US TROUBLESHOOT OUR PROBLEMS.
So was your previous account CLOSED by you?
Or was it DEACTIVATED or SUSPENDED for violating rules?
There is a huge difference between the two. If you told support that your account had been closed, when in fact it had been suspended, then no surprise that you got bum advice.
If your old account was suspended, you MUST resolve all of those issues before you can close it or open another account.
