The buyer made two orders of the same product. One order to herself and after a while another order of three to her parents in HI. Now buyer claims she thought she was buying 100% juice and wants a refund for all the orders. She contacted us using the first order asking for a refund and we told her that we shipped what she bought as is displayed in the product image and that there's nowhere in the description that this product is labeled as 100% juice. She left a one-star feedback. She contacted us again using the second order for a refund and we responded the same. She left another one-star. I think this is unfair because we are being punished for selling exactly what the buyer ordered and the buyer’s comments are unrelated to any discrepancy or issue with the product as advertised. Please help.
