Help regarding funds stuck in expense

Hello . My account has been successfully reinstated. But my funds are in expenses as show in the picture below.

The amount in expenses is $48,267.33 in the USA marketplace and MX$45,638.55 in Mexico market place . Please release my funds since my account has been reinstated. I’ll be looking forward for a positive reply from you.
