Calculation of sales and charges incomprehensible

Since November 22nd, I have made over $350 in sales and $171 in charges. On my account, I only have $37. I don't understand this calculation.

Look on your payments screen, money is held in reserve as "deferred transactions" until 1 week of confirmed delivery via tracking. Then one week after the shipment is delivered, if the customer does not raise an issue, the money gets released.
