Please advise on what to do in this situation - we need to update the content in a blocked listing.
Here's the situation: we sell a special product on Amazon.de. We got banned, presumably because of the use of prohibited keywords in the "Product Description" field.
Support recommended changing this field. We have tried to do this repeatedly, pressing the "SAVE" button, it then says that the data is saved, but in fact, after several days, everything remains the same (nothing is saved).
And it is very important for us to make changes in the "Product Description" to get out of the ban (the support team, which only responds by email, clarified that they will only be ready to unban after the listing is changed).
Trying to update via a flat file through "UPDATE" also does not change the "Product Description", several days pass, but the changes are not saved.
What would you advise us to do?
Is there a way to reset blocked listings via a special flat file or otherwise?

Good morning
Try deleting the listing for 24 hours and then reactivating it with the changes. This usually works.

Forget it, there is nothing to do about it, we tried everything in the same situation, removing, claiming to seller service, for months. Finally, we have had to remove and lose the listings and create the new ones with the correct info. Don't lose your time. And also, you can use this advise for any problem here.

did you tell Seller Support that you are unable to change, what did they say?
