unable to verify information

Hello, my seller account has been suspended with the following notification "We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history." For this, I want to authenticate via video call conversation. But no one helped me on this issue. I opened a case, sent an e-mail, sent an action plan, but no one sent a link. How can I get the video call link for this meeting?

Multiple posts on the same topic is a violation of Forum policies. CLOSE the other two please.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....
