OTDR below 90%
I do not understand why my OTDR has dropped. My Valid tracking rate is 100% Late Shipment Rate for 10 days 0%, 30 days 0%. The notice says 7 out of 13 shipments in past 14 days fell below OTDR, however, the report only shows two orders and both orders were delivered on or before the promise date. Any help would be appreciated.
