Hi Guys,

New to FBA and recently sent my first shipment to FBA but received a mail saying that inventory is unfulfillable due to damaged items. I had attached the SKU labels on each item but there was no MRP label. I also forgot to put the delivery challan inside the box. Could this be a reason of unfulfillable inventory? Because our packaging is solid and there is no way the products are actually damaged. Please help out.

Some of my ASINs marked by Amazon as defective and tagged as unfulfillable inventory, when I inquired they did not responded with any satisfactory reply, I create removal and created shipment again but again Amazon marked the stock as defective and unfulfillable and when logged a case again and again I got reply that if I remove some words from listing they will reinstate it, I removed the words from listing and got confirmation that now listing has no issue but still after 1 month they have not removed the tag of unfulfillable inventory...really disappointing service.

FBA slots for BLR4 IXD not available. Very disappointing just before sale starts. Trying for slots for over 1 week.
