There is a delay in UPS. I brought the product to UPS 4 days before the date Amazon said the product would be delivered but UPS delivered late. This puts my account at Risk.

IN addition to what @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9asked, did you get it to UPS on or before the "ship by" date? If you didn't that will be a huge problem.
The 'deliver by' is only part of the equation.
