We heard from our appeal on Jan. 29th indicating our appeal was approved. On our first brand, once that happened we heard from the brand registry enrollment team within 24 hours and it was all finalized that following day. With this brand we've yet to hear from the enrollment team in 2+ months and every time I respond to the brand application appeal indicating we've not heard anything yet, they just resend the approval response. I've reached out to technical support with no resolution as they just say to create an appeal, but the appeal has already been approved, several times now. I'm stuck on what to do next...

Are you trying to enroll 2 brands? Here is why I ask
Based on your screenshots (which were removed because they display your complete email address), the new case ID referenced is the application/approved enrollment of the brand P***&C*** (redacting the complete brand name). This information was provided on 2/26 and then again on 3/8.
The brand name on the application appeal is P** P** P***.
I am guessing you are trying to enroll both brands, but would appreciate if you can confirm that so that I can address my escalation appropriately.
