Add missing offer details - The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found
Hi,
Can anyone on here please help me with these errors in the title as Amazon dont seem to be able to.
I have been trying for months, whatever Amazon tell me to do it makes no difference, I still have "Add missing offer details" and "The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found.
I have zero stock on FBA at the moment as I want this new item shipped and restock everything in one shipment as this new item will sell with my other items so really need to get this fixed asap.

If it is a new item it will not have an SKU - that is a value that you give to your items. Does it have an EAN/barcode ?

The The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found error typically indicates a mapping issue related to its channel (MFN or FBA)
Have you tried either converting your listing from MFN to FBA again, or uploading a new conversion feed?
