My Seller account has been deactivated due to restricted product. But when I send POA, Amazon says that "your account will not be reinstated without proof of compliance with our policies.".

Now, anybody, please suggest to me in my case that how to prove the compliance with the policy and what documents/information I should I submit to Amazon to get my account reactivated.

I hope some one will suggest me a better solution with the help of whom my seller account will be reactivated

We recently faced an unexpected deactivation of our Amazon seller account due to an ASIN policy violation. The issue arose because a third-party service provider we hired made improper listing modifications and incorrect variations, which we now understand were against Amazon’s policies.

We have already taken the following corrective actions:

✅ Terminated the third-party provider and brought compliance in-house.

✅ Hired an experienced compliance specialist to ensure all listings follow Amazon’s policies.

✅ Conducted an internal audit and developed a strict ASIN compliance checklist for future listings.

We have also submitted an appeal with proof of ownership, brand registry approval, and corrective measures. However, we haven't received a response from Amazon yet.

I’m facing a compliance issue with one of my product listings and could really use some advice.

My listing was recently suppressed due to regulatory requirements, and Amazon requested FDA 510(k) clearance for reinstatement.

However, my product falls under an FDA-exempt category , and I’ve already uploaded the necessary documentation to confirm this exemption. Despite submitting this multiple times, I keep receiving the same response asking for a 510(k) number.
