Read onlyI am writing to request justice and fair treatment regarding the deactivation of my Amazon seller account. Despite my best efforts to comply with Amazon's policies, I feel that my account was deactivated unjustly.
I have provided all necessary documentation, including invoices, certificates of authenticity, and letters of authorization from my brand-authorized supplier. However, Amazon has failed to recognize these documents and has instead chosen to deactivate my account without providing clear reasons or evidence of non-compliance.
I urge you to investigate my case and provide a fair and just resolution. I request that you:
- Review all documentation provided and verify the authenticity of my supplier and products.
- Confirm that Amazon's policies have been applied fairly and consistently in my case.
- Reactivate my account immediately if the investigation confirms my compliance with Amazon's policies.
I believe that every seller deserves fair treatment and justice when interacting with Amazon. I hope that you will take my appeal seriously and take immediate action to address my concerns.
Sincerely,
[REDMI MART LLC
LOA should come from the BRAND, not the SUPPLIER.
And: How are you sure the supplier is an authorized distributor?
In previous threads, you never clarified when asked whether your supplier was an authorized RETAIL seller, or a legitimate authorized WHOLESALE distributor, where you had to open a wholesale account after providing your business license and tax ID numbers.
That difference is critical to the issue.
It might also shed light on the problem if you tell us what you are selling, and whether you have written permission FROM THE BRAND (not the supplier) to sell their products on Amazon.
We are just other sellers here and can't do anything....
Amazon asked you some documentation, you sent it, they didn't accept. So, do exactly what they tell you in their answer. And if they say that they need new proofs, you have to send new proofs. Normally they just want two things:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand owner allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.
If you can provide those they will reactivate your account. If you can't, they won't.
Your problem is you don't have a LOA from the actual brand/s itself. Buying from an authorized wholesale distributor that sells a brands products is not the same as having explicit permission from the actual brand itself for you to sell their products here on Amazon. Until you have an LOA from the brand/s themselves your account will stay suspended/deactivated.
Were you by any chance selling Xiaomi and other Chinese brand electronics, including phones, that are NOT authorized for sale in the US?????????????
