We are a very new seller from China.
We shipped some items divided into only 2 boxes to FBA warehouse. Cannot believe Amazon even got 1 box lost. So half inboud were missing. Wait long long 2 months to open the investigation case but failed to get reimbursement.
They said that the date on invoice should be later than the date of shipment. But the supplier issued the invoice twice a month so it it late. How should we get reimbursement under this situation?!
We can not edit the date on invoices as it is illegal but the invoice is the must for inbound missing.
How shall we do now :(
