Amazon Warehouse Cannot Process Removal Orders
Hi all, I'm reaching out for some help with items in an Amazon warehouse that cannot process removals. We sent these units out on July 10th and explained that we waited over 14 days before submitting our first claim, which we sent on August 8th. The response I received asked us to wait 14 days. I have submitted another claim with Amazon and am reaching out once again here to ask for assistance.
If a mod sees this, can you please help us escalate this case to a level 2 representative? These units will need to be manually transferred to a different warehouse so that we can remove them from FBA inventory.

We have yet to receive a response from Amazon. Can you please help us manually transfer these products to a different warehouse so that we can remove them from FBA inventory?

My team reached out to me, the inventory can not be removed at this time due to higher-than-expected volumes of returns and Backlog in the FCs. Response provided by support in the case ending in 7121 is correct.

Thank you for confirming. These units have been stuck in a fulfillment center that cannot process removals for over two months. Can you please help us manually transfer these units to a different fulfillment center that can process removals?
If not, can you provide an estimate for when they might become available for removal?

Unfortunately there is no additional support I can provide at this time. I cannot manually transfer removals, I can only escalate and the team has already provided their guidance. As I do not have this ability I will not be able to provide an estimate.
