TAX ID Verification (in progress) - INFORM ACT

Open my app a few days ago, suddenly there was a banner that said 'your account is at risk of deactivation". Adrenaline rises straightaway. No email or so prior to that. Open my desktop, following the link, and found all information were ticked green except 'TAX ID verification (in progress).

There is no button or link on the desktop version, which you can upload the file. However, I found there is link in mobile app, which allows you to upload document and fill in the content.

In the past a few days, I have uploaded multiple times of my tax information scan copy. The banner is still there despite my tax information page saying ' Your tax information has been validated successfully."

Every time I see such a banner it makes me very stressed. I really wish I would have an opportunity sitting with whoever designed such page, face to face, and ask him (her) why using such words to terrify sellers.

Understanding that this has caused quite a bit of stress, I have reached out to the appropriate teams to further review the situation. After some collaboration with these teams I was able to verify the situation and pass your information to the appropriate review teams for further review of your complaice.
