Account statement Verification
Hello Amazon.
I upload my bank account statement for verification, but was denied verification because it not bearing my name. I was made to understand that the statement should be bearing your name or your business name. The account holders name is the same name for my store.
This is the account I have been using.and please verify that the business name on the account is same as the store name. It is a business account that should not be bearing my name.
i chated with support and i was told to go change my business name from my bank. How can I change my business name to my personal name? This is the same account I have used for a long time

Names here, names theres, nobody understands anything.
In short: in seller account go to your "Legal Entity". the bank account has to show the same name UNLESS/ EXCEPT / your business is a Single Member LLC.
