I didn't received my Payout (2 weeks and counting)
Amazon disbursed the payout On 1st May 2024, but now is 14th May 2024. I did not get any payment in my bank account. Anyone knows what to do because I have orders coming in and I don't know what to do. I talked with the support , also sent email but they know nothing as usual :(

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on any frustration that this may have caused. Have you checked your account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
Based on the nature of this case, would you also please share your most recent seller support case ID number with me in this this thread. I would like to investigate.
