I have an issue with buy shipping using Evri.

I have had a batch of surcharges come through. My products weigh under 1kg -

When I get a multiple order I do not have packing to combine them, so I send two separate orders using the drop box to turn one to zero.

It looks like Evri have weighed them as one and surcharged them to the combined weight.

I cannot the right wording to get to the right support channel.

Anyone had this before?

On a secondary note, why cannot change the number of labels per order anyway?!
