Read onlyHello,I am having an issue updating my Amazon business information and need help. I recently submitted the information I added to the Legal Entity section for review and found that instead of the business information, my personal information is showing up. However, I cannot update my country of establishment from my original country to the United States in my Seller Central account. There is some confusion on the backend and I am seeing my original information. When I try to change the country, the system simply does not allow me to do so. This appears to be a technical glitch, but Seller Support does not know anything.
This situation has become urgent because my account is deactivated due to a Consumer Privacy Act re-review, which I am unable to complete due to this issue.
Has anyone here experienced a similar issue? Any advice on how to resolve this issue or how to speed up the processing of my support tickets would be greatly appreciated.
