Read onlyHi, I’ve always received OTP by receiving a text message or a call but 4 weeks ago I started not receiving either text or call. When I select to receive a call, I receive an error. I have submitted my ID to account recovery, but received nothing by email. Anyone have this issue and were able to resolve it? I’ve submitted a case but it hasn’t been resolved. It makes it hard to do anything without being able to access from a desktop.
@CR_Amazon Your help will be much appreciated. If possible to unlock the account and setup the Authenticator App as a backup method will be great.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.
I do see that you can log in from the seller app, so what you can do is try the OTP via voice call.
If you still have issues, you will need to create a support case in seller central (not the chat one but regular case) ; from there explain that you already provided your ID for account recovery but heaven't heard back.
Once you have the case ID you can share it here with me so that I can escalate it further on my end.
