I have uploaded my certificate of insurance and it was rejected. I purchased it from the same company last four years and they were verified successfully without any issues. This time I have got reply
-- Your policy does not cover your sales through the Amazon.com store or specifically provide coverage in the USA jurisdiction.
I am sure that my certificate meets all Insurance requirements.
I have already open a case ID: 16049834351

Double check and see if the company is now using a subsidiary to actually issue the insurance. For me, the last time one name was the main company and the other was the actual issuer.
I had to go in and change the name of the issuer last year when they made a change I didn't notice!
