Hello. I'm am confused. My ID is verified but Seller Central says I need to add a credit card then just shows me a list of Amazon foreign sites. I seem unable to add a credit card. Received email from Amazon saying I have been charged £30

i cannot contact amazon. Seller Central just demands a credit card and won't let me get help
