Just a couple of days ago, I lost the Featured Offer eligibility (Buy Box) for all listings in my store twice. After the first loss, the eligibility was quickly restored across all listings.

However, just the day before yesterday, I lost the Featured Offer eligibility for all listings again. It has now been three days, and there are still no signs of recovery.

I have carefully reviewed the policies regarding Featured Offer eligibility and confirmed that all my account metrics are healthy. I believe I should qualify for the Featured Offers on these ASINs.

I have opened a case, ID 16500865501, but it doesn't seem to have provided any assistance.

I hope a forum administrator can escalate this case to an internal review.
