Let me share what I found in Amazon's help pages about requesting reviews.

Amazon's systems already automatically send review requests on your behalf - you can find this info in the opening paragraph at Request a review from a customer.

If you'd like to request additional reviews, you can use the "Request a review" feature on the Order Details page. This sends one standardized email asking for both product review and seller feedback. The nice thing about this feature is that it automatically translates to the customer's preferred language. You can use it once per order, between 5-30 days after delivery.
