Do you mean that they won't let you list it at all?
Or do you mean that they won't let you list it at the price that is appropriate for a signed copy?
If the second is the case, you should list it at "Collectible", as that is what your pricing is based on, and it will not be deactivated by the bots.
Note that I'm not disagreeing with you that Amazon is very messed up in regards to media; it most certainly is. Just how to handle this case (sorry, no suggestions on the VHS tape)
