We lost about half of our product's "buy box"

Hi Amazon Professionals,

We have been selling on Amazon for years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. We lost listings' Buy Box option for about 200 of our products overnight with no reasons.

We found that most of the products are in the Batteries and Chargers category, has Amazon changed the data for these categories?

Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!

Order Defect Rate - 0%

Late Shipment Rate - 0%

Valid Tracking Rate - 100%

I took a look at your account.

You have the buy box for most of your items. The items you are missing the buy box for have no product reviews.

This issue looks to be intermittent. You have the buy box sometimes and then you lose it.

I have seen this happen before to products that have no product reviews. Because you are using FBA, you are given the buy box for a portion of the time. If you want the buy box 100% of the time, you need product reviews.
