Has anyone noticed their FedEx Ground Economy shipping labels not giving any tracking updates?
We dropped off 4 packages on March 31st at a FedEx location and the tracking numbers haven't gotten any updates. We also dropped off some other orders from other Marketplaces we sell on, and the tracking for those have been updating with no issue. So it's the labels purchased specifically from Amazon that are not getting any tracking updates.
I visited the location where we dropped the packages off on the 31st yesterday and asked them if they could see any issues or if they couldn't scan the labels for any reason, and they said no. They no longer have the packages, so it's not like they couldn't process them or we could retrieve them and ship them using other shipping services.
This has only happened to FedEx Ground Economy labels, USPS and UPS are updating with no problem.
We have a copy of the drop-off receipt I got, but I am concerned customers will complain about not receiving their items on time or getting hits on my OTDR and not getting claims protection due to the lack of updates.
