Read onlyMy account has been linked to the account of my son, who lives with me in the same house. It is assumed that all the information is different, but the address information is the same, given that my son lives in the same house. Is this the problem or what might it be?
Sama address, same internet connection. He has to reinstate his account before you can move forward.
Hi there @Seller_J6CW8X8B5n2eX,
Thank you for utilizing the Seller Forums!
I understand you have questions regarding your account being linked with your son's account.
Per Amazon's Seller Code of Conduct and Multiple Accounts policy, all sellers are expected to maintain only one selling account unless there is a legitimate business need for multiple accounts. Even when permitted, all accounts must remain in good standing at all times, or all accounts will be suspended in tandem.
@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 is correct in their response to your question regarding the shared address and any other information that might be applicable here.
While you might have updated the information on the accounts, Amazon has already confirmed the accounts are related to each other. Given that the owner of that account is your son, I also assume more than an address or internet connection has been shared.
In appealing for the reactivation of your account, given this scenario, the best option is to have your son reactivate his account. Otherwise, as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 has stated, you will need to provide exact information and any documentation to substantiate the claim that your account is in no way related to your son's account.
I suggest taking a look into the following two seller university videos for further assistance.
If you have any more relevant information on this topic, please do continue to post here. The community and I are here to support you as best as able.
All the best,
Stevie
