I have three work stations and a return station that all require constant (every 20 minutes) to re-enter a new OTP number.
Obviously there is one number that receives the code. That phone is not always near by and is going off 15 times a day. This has slowed our business down and made it difficult to leave the warehouse. Our return station logs off every 10 minutes.
Is there any way to stay logged in for longer periods of time? This is not set up in the best manner, and seems like an easy fix. why not one code for the day???
Feedback appreciated.

you can turn off the option if you want
Why not create separate account access to each workstation?
We just use a 2FA generator chrome plugin. No it is not as secure but I was getting annoyed with this same issue.
I thought there was an option that you could select on the OTP page that would disable the OTP for that browser.
I want to say I believe I was able to fix it from require once a day to once a week or 2 weeks from entirely deleting the cookies and all browser settings related to Amazon. It used do it once a month , then randomly started every 2 weeks, then it started every day. All for no reason. My cookies and info deletion made it like 2 weeks. I don't know why its so organic.
The best is when it signs you off mid key stroke. Or if you ask for too many it stops giving them to you because you exceeded the limit for OTPs.
I LOVE security. Don't get me wrong, but the 'keep me signed in' box is gone.
You can turn it off. Try deleting your cookies and check settings. It may take a while as each browser/computer seems to have it's own set of internal Amazon settings.
Why do you need so many workstations logged in? That is probably part of the problem. Can you do the work offline by printing out pick and pack data or something else?
I just had this issue. Super obnoxious.
Deleting my cookies fixed it for the most part. Instead of every 20 minutes, I've only 2FA a few times this week.
Same here, but only on a daily basis, not every 20 minutes as you and some other sellers experience. But it's still very annoying.
If Amazon MODs are reading these countless posts about the OTP, please keep on escalating this to your engineers. You are the largest platform of this kind on the Earth; this shouldn't be happening. It's a simple issue to address once and for all, especially if you have tens of thousands of engineers/programmers at your disposal.
In our case, there is no box "remember this device" when we have to do a daily login and OTP. If I do delete Amazon cookies, then it appears and the login works automatically for a few days. Then it's the same story again. I don't want to go and delete cookies manually all the time. It's 2024 and we shouldn't be doing something like that.
Another computer at our office with a separate login (same account, but a different user and rights) works just fine, i.e. I know it's not a firewall that we use in our offices.
We don't need to enter every 20 minutes, but we need the stupi--d OTP every time we click the "Campaign page"(or need OTP when you leave the Ad page to Inventory page/Order page), why you need the OTP when switch from Ad page and the others page, soooo annoying!!
