I am writing for the order number 701-7430019-4502638. Although I reached an agreement with the customer, my appeal written for A to Z was rejected, please help. Since the product did not reach the customer, the customer made an A to Z request on January 08, 2024. However, I agreed with the customer to resend the product and I sent the product to the customer for the second time, and the customer even left positive feedback to my store. The product I sent to the customer for the second time on January 16, 2024 reached the customer. As proof, you can see the proof of delivery, tracking information and our agreement with the customer from our messaging with the customer. Since I reached an agreement with the customer, please close this A to Z request so that my store's ODR is not affected. I hope you can help me. Thank you. Best regards
