Ok guys this is completely unacceptable...... An automated removal order has been set for 212 cases/12 packs of my product with the reason being expired however the product is NOT expired and was sent to FBA in October 2024. I have opened a ticket but chat says it cannot be stopped and cannot be bin checked because Amazon sees it as unfillable and is automatic. This is a HUGE problem literally over $10k and it is not my mistake. Please is there anyone that can correct this Amazon mistake????

Hi @Seller_R6Pw3cjCRwLNP,
I feel for you - this is a really stressful situation with such a large inventory value at stake. Let me share what I found in the help documentation that might help:
You mentioned chat support said a bin check isn't possible, but under "When to raise a bin check request?" at Bin check request FAQ, Amazon confirms you can request one "if you believe you received a policy violation due to an error by the FBA team while handling your product."
While it's true that automated unfulfillable settings can't be opted out of (as stated in Remove inventory automatically), there might be potential for reimbursement. The Inventory disposition help page notes that "If damage occurs while products are under our control... we take responsibility and will reimburse you for the unit according to the FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy."
Hoping you can get this sorted out quickly!
Best regards, Michael
