I submitted my Tax info in 2023 year and my account got deactivated due to glitch in amazon backend and I was able to activate my account by calling support 10 times a day in like 3 weeks and I beard a huge loss and depression that time.
I got email from amazon saying, my account title did not matches my Tax Document Title which itself is not correct, Amazon accepted my tax document dated November 2023 and I didnt change any thing in year 2024 as well and amazon accepted same tax information, Now They say to reverify tax info as It is incorrect, What exactly I should reverify? and in this instance they will again deactivate my account for no reason. So much invested and due to Amazon Backend fault, we always suffer as suppliers, Why dont Amazon permanently resolve this issue? Please help me on this error, I am sharing SS.
