Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to the community for advice regarding an issue we’re facing with one of our products on Amazon.
Our product was blocked due to a restricted product policy violation approximately 2 years ago.
Seller support is stating the ASIN was removed due to a trademark infringement on the product detail page. We’ve already submitted a full feed file update but the ASIN is still inactive, even after over 24 hours of successful feed file update with conflicting keyword/image removed from content.
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? What steps should we take to ensure this ASIN is reinstated? Any insights or suggestions on how to navigate this situation effectively with Amazon support would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
Did you address the violation? Why would they allow you to reinstate it?
