Search Suppressed
Hi，
I have an item that is search suppressed. The reason is that a text, logo, graphic or watermark with a trademark is detected on the main image. Our item image only has our logo on it and nothing else in the text. This logo is also printed on the physical image. We have changed the main image several times with the same result, we even removed our logo and still the search suppresses it.
We have reached out to Amazon customer service and their response is always to do what is required. I've literally operated on this so many, many times I'm cracking up. Can anyone help me!

I'm sorry you are having an issue with y our product being suppressed due to the main image. In general you will need to ensure your image is aligned with the product image requirements and without a valid image your product won't be allowed to be searchable. If you provide your most recent Seller Support case on this issue I can review and see what options I can recommend to fix the image. Thank you for your understanding.
