I am at a loss. I have a listing with 2 variations that has been hijacked daily since June 7th. The chinese seller lists both my products around 11am CST every day for 35% less than my product. This forces me to have to change my listing price to prevent their fraudulent activity and counterfeit sales. Then around 5pm CST every day they drop the listing. The cycle has repeated itself on a daily basis. This is a very successful product for me, so I am losing essentially ALL of my profit margin. Sadly, that's better than the other alternative which is this seller getting all my sales, not sending out the items or sending counterfeit items and destroying my brand. This isn't the first time this has happened to me as an Amazon seller but they've never been this persistent.

1). I have contacted this seller multiple times requesting they get off my listings. No response.

2). I have reported this to Amazon Brand Registry and shown every piece of evidence possible. It has been denied multiple times saying there's nothing wrong with their activity.

3). I have a trademark pending on both items. I am just confused on what the benefit of being brand registered is if a seller can take over your listing and sell your product when they do not even have your product.

Someone please help. This is insane. I am not sure what to do next.

Amazon, you have to do better than this for sellers. We pay you enough money to help our businesses. No one should be able to list a brand registered product without authorization from the official brand owner.
