My listing was recently deactivated due to an alleged violation of Amazon Canada's policy. However, this decision may have been made in error.

I referred to a more precise and applicable policy (sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/external/GXDAVVP3RBLKV4GP), which I believe fully supports the compliance of my listing. However, the support representative referenced a different policy that appears less relevant to my case.

To ensure compliance, I have met all the necessary requirements, including adding an age warning as requested. Despite this, my appeal was rejected.

I kindly request Amazon representatives to review my case once again, as I am confident that my listing adheres to Amazon's policies.
