I have not sold anything since Dec. I haven’t communicated with a customer since Oct 2024. I haven’t asked for reviews or anything like that. This warning puts my seller health at 196 bc I don’t sell on there anymore. I no longer have a pro account. I can appeal the warning but it wants me to identify what I did and

I’m not even sure how to do this but I don’t want to lose my account. Can anyone help?
the AI works slowly and six months is not unusual. Why did you communicate with this customer? what did you say him?

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACmentions, it is not unusual for Amazon to become an archaeologist and dig things up from years ago. There have been sellers that have been suspended for listing but never selling items many years previously when the brands suddenly wanted LOAs and so on.
As she noted, look at ALL your old messages to see if there was even a hint of offering something for feedback removal or giving a favorable review.
Amazon is very picky. You can ask someone to leave feedback or a review but you can't ask for a FAVORABLE one!
They see a huge difference between these and one of them can be big trouble --
