safe-t claim

Hi,

My SAFE-T claim denied with the reason -

SAFE-T CLAIM DENIED REASON : You have exceeded the acceptable limit of filing SAFE-T claims.

my product was high value product with 2 quantities and in return i received 15 cm plastic pipe in a shape of marker. Also Amazon pasted :Amazon quality check tape over it.

Amazon or ATS Staff is doing this manipulation with the return and rejecting the SAFE-T claim as well.

Please help me. I am in big loss.

Theft within the return process is a major issue, and in most cases, it happens internally. Since Amazon controls logistics, transportation, and quality checks, denying SAFE-T claims under arbitrary limits raises serious concerns.

The marketplace is structured in a way that primarily benefits insiders and large, well-funded businesses. Here’s how sellers are systematically pushed into losses:

Visibility Suppression – Regional visibility limitations force sellers to spend more on ads just to maintain reach.

Buy Box Manipulation – Winning the buy box is often tied to increased ad spend, making it harder for organic sales.

FBA & Hidden Costs – More than just storage and handling, FBA creates opportunities for misuse while sellers bear the risks of losses, damages, and fraudulent returns.

The Illusion of Seller-Friendly Programs – Many initiatives sound beneficial but are ultimately designed to extract higher fees while offering minimal advantages.

For many sellers, financial stability and mental well-being take a hit. The best long-term strategy? Diversify beyond Amazon and build independent sales channels to regain control.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the Forums, can you please provide the SAFE-T claim ID or the Order ID? I'd like to review and determine next steps.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
