I'm experiencing my account being blocked from listing books for the fourth time. I was successfully able to list books before, but for the last two months, I haven't been able to due to this issue. I can only list DVDs and CDs. In my Brazil store and Mexico stores, I can add books and DVDs with no issue, but in Canada and US stores, this issue keeps happening.
I've reached out to Account Health Specialists and opened a couple of cases to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, they don't know and can't help me with this problem. It's on and off and affects my work a lot. I'm still determining any other steps we can take to resolve this. Can someone please review our account and let us know if there's anything we can do on our end to fix this issue? My account health is in great condition, and all my information is up to date. I really want to do whatever it takes to resolve this. Can someone help me, please?@Josh_Amazon

I'd like to review your most recent Seller Support case that includes your ASINs on this issue so I can see what is happening with these ASINs.
