Buyer placed a NON-RETURNABLE, CUSTOM order. Everything was perfect except that, after he received the CUSTOM ITEM, Buyer realized that he ordered the wrong thing for his needs, and now he wants Seller to not only accept return of the NON-RETURNABLE, CUSTOM product but also to pay for the return shipping.
We've communicated his options several times (generously agreeing to accept the return if he pays for the return shipping and returns the product in original condition), and he continues to mark the matter as "UNRESOLVED."
Aside from Seller allowing Buyer to bully us into paying for the return of a NON-RETURNABLE, CUSTOM product he ordered by mistake, can Amazon stop him from continuing to marking as UNRESOLVED since nothing has changed? How many times can a Buyer do this without it being considered harassment? Also, Amazon did not allow the "No Response Needed" option, so we had to re-send the same information that we've already send multiple times.
In my experience, Amazon does not count something (such as Reported Unresolved) against Seller Performance...until they do. Please advise.
