Problems with UPS Shipments to Yonkers NY (SWF2)

We wanted to check if other Sellers are experiencing issues in sending products to Amazon's new Yonkers NY warehouse (SWF2).

Since Amazon launched its new warehouse in Yonker NY (SWF2), we have had several FBA shipment issues in which packages have not reached the warehouse. On our FBA Shipment tracking, it states "Yonkers NY US - Package arrived at a carrier facility." but Amazon doesn't account for the units sent (so we're opening up an investigation).

And we just got another case of the same.

THey are apparently all backed up. We sent in a shipment Nov 28, and it is still not "delivered" - likely sitting on a UPS truck somewhere. We can't open an investigation until Feb 2. Typical BS from Amazon. (To be fair this is one of our very few seriously delayed shipments last year - and we chalk it up to sending during the holiday shopping season).

Hi @Seller_QDUGNNCrl6QDh, I'm sorry that you are having some trouble with missing shipments. As @Seller_RsxUZ4KjM1Cws mentioned, Fulfillment Centers may be backed up after the holiday season.

I posted a thread on hat to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment if you'd like to check it out, but it sounds like you already have an investigation going. Let me know if you would like me to take a look!

Its same with me. The inventory is stuck as Delivered. But there is no check-in and no receiving happening on it.

Well now the shipment we sent in to SWF2 on Nov 28 (66 days ago!) still cannot be investigated. The investigation-enabled date has been pushed to March 8 - ANOTHER MONTH! Amazon is just criminal sometimes. Maybe they're waiting until the tracking information is completely deleted and they can claim we never sent it.

I am not going to let this go. They already "stole" 16 units of ours last year (I know that's not terribly much) because they denied reimbursement multiple times, and now I predict they will try to ignore this situation as well.
