Has everyone ever had a marketplace get deactivated but you were never selling in that country? We have recently had the Germany marketplace get deactivated for no reason, we don't currently sell in Germany. But the odd thing that happened is that another brand that we own became connected to that marketplace and got both marketplaces deactivate. We followed the steps in the performance notification to do a video verification call and booked a time to meet with a Amazon Associate, when the meeting time came, I was on the call for over 2 hours waiting for someone from Amazon to show up and complete the video verification process. If anyone has experience the same thing and could help us connect with the right Amazon support to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.
